right to substitute new-used books if your first choice is not available. If you
do not wish to have a substitution made, please note "No Substitutions" in the

Returns
Returns may be processed in store or shipped back to us at The SDSU Bookstore
Returns Department, San Diego State University, San Diego, CA 92182-1701.
Textbook refunds are generally accepted through the first week of the fall and
spring semesters and within two days of purchase at the beginning of each summer
term (please call 619-594-7525 for specific return policy each semester).
Textbook refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee if you did not "drop" your
class. The following items are not refundable: Montezuma Publishing custom
textbooks, textbooks with shrink wrap that are opened (usually including
software), and clickers. eTextbooks are refundable under certain conditions.
