Ship-To-Home Textbooks Agreement

Thank you for choosing the SDSU Bookstore as your source for textbooks and other course materials. This service is for students who wish to have their books delivered to their home. To use this service you will need to know your class schedule.

Please note the following conditions before proceeding:

Payment and Pricing
All prices are subject to change. Price of $0.00 means book has not yet arrived and will be priced when it comes in. The SDSU Bookstore reserves the right to substitute new-used books if your first choice is not available. If you do not wish to have a substitution made, please note "No Substitutions" in the Special Shipping Instructions. Purchases may be made by Mastercard, Visa, or Discover.

For shipments within the continental US only. Shipments outside of the continental US are subject to special rates.

Returns
Textbook returns must be shipped during the first two weeks of each semester. Summer session return dates will be noted on your receipt. We do not accept returns on Montezuma Publishing materials or textbooks with either software or shrink wrap. CourseSmart eTextbooks are refundable if you purchase the online version and have not viewed more than 20% of the material. If you choose the downloadable version for a CourseSmart eTextbook it is not refundable under any circumstances. CafeScribe eTextbooks, available for download only, are refundable. Please include a copy of your receipt or packing list and a daytime phone number. . Your refund will be processed within 24 hours of arrival and a refund receipt mailed to you. Return shipping is the customer�s responsibility except in the case of defective merchandise. We recommend that all shipments be sent with an insured carrier to guarantee delivery.
